Directors' Visit to MCF/MCC Branches

At the heart of every successful company lies the crucial factor of the relationship between management and employees. Through open communication, mutual respect, and a healthy work ethic, this relationship becomes the foundation for achieving outstanding results.

This year, during January, the directors of the Microcredit Foundation EKI and the Microcredit Company EKI, along with the operations directors and the HR development manager, visited all EKI branches. These visits were not mere formal obligations but opportunities to discuss with employees the results achieved and the challenges overcome together in 2023. Additionally, new strategic goals and plans for the future were presented.

Employees from all EKI branches and support departments were invited to attend and actively participate. The aim of these visits is not only to inform but also to provide motivation for further work, as well as to give employees the opportunity to share their opinions, ideas, and suggestions.

It is precisely through such discussions that innovation, improvement, and growth are initiated. When we work together, share a vision, hear and support each other, the boundaries of what we can achieve cease to exist.
