EKI donation to Bašigovci Primary School, Živinice

The Public Institution Bašigovci Primary School, located in the village of Bašigovci in the municipality of Živinice, provides primary education for more than 400 students, organized into 21 classes. In addition to the central school, classes are also held in the branch school in Donja Lukavica, which currently has another 80 students. Founded back in 1953, the school’s appearance and work continue to reflect a long tradition and the community’s dedication to educating its youngest generations.

To ensure better working conditions for both students and teachers, EKI donated printers to this school. Until now, teachers relied on copied and printed materials in their daily work, but the number of functioning devices was insufficient for the school’s needs. The new printers will significantly facilitate the preparation of teaching materials and help students in mastering the curriculum.

The school expressed great gratitude for this donation, emphasizing that such support means a lot to them, and that in rural areas every contribution to educational institutions carries special importance and long-term impact.
