The EKI Academy for Youth Launched in Tuzla Canton and Brčko District

We have launched the EKI Academy – a special training program designed for young people up to the age of 35 from Tuzla Canton and Brčko District who want to start a career in the financial sector! The program was created with the goal of providing young people with practical knowledge and skills necessary for work in microcredit organizations and the financial industry.

During the three-month program, participants will go through a series of intensive and practical trainings covering different aspects of financial operations, including microcrediting, administrative and client procedures, as well as the development of professional competencies. The program is open to all young people with a completed secondary school or university degree, regardless of previous work experience.

All participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the training, and during the program a financial allowance is provided. For the most successful participants, there is also the possibility of employment within the EKI organization, making the program not only an educational opportunity but also a concrete step towards professional development.
